Department HQ is scheduled to be demolished to make way for a new Federal Courthouse.
A new multistory Public Safety building will be built across the street on Santa Rosa
and Nueva (the old K-Mart building property). Construction of that property is currently underway,
at the front steps of 214 W. Nueva St. - Police Department HQ
(May 1, 2011)
